Han Lee, Ph.D., MBA, is the Chief Financial Officer at Neogene Therapeutics. Before joining Neogene, Dr. Lee served as Chief Financial Officer of Arcellx where he oversaw the company’s financial operations, corporate financings, and was instrumental in its growth from pre-clinical to clinical.
Previously, Dr. Lee worked in the Corporate Development and Ventures group at AstraZeneca, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, corporate strategy, and management of the company’s portfolio of public and private investments. He builds off experience with two biotech start-ups with successful exits, leading billions in business development and financing deals, and has served as a corporate board member for multiple companies. Han earned a B.A. in genetics from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Ph.D. in genetics and a MBA from Yale University.
